I find the Toque brand a good choice for beginners, especially to kick the analog cravings to start.
Using the QUIT and PEPPERMINT flavors really reduced my cravings for analogs.
Bornagainst, I saw your post yesterday and went and pulled out my peppermint snuff - the one I had was McChrystal's Supermint, which is peppermint.
Every once in awhile I have cravings that I just can't seem to get ahead of, no matter how much
vaping, snus or snuff I do....and yesterday was one of them!
Luckily it doesn't happen that often, but it does. And it was even a relaxing day off for me, so I'm not sure what triggers it...but, it's not lack of WTA or nicotine.
I want to work more with this and see what happens.
But, I did find something neat this morning on research for peppermint and weight loss:
5 Ways to Stop Cravings
"Peppermint: Maybe the most effect scent of them all, research has shown that people who regularly smelled peppermint reduced their hunger cravings to the point that they consumed 3,000 fewer calories over the course of a week. That's almost a whole pound! Peppermint has even been shown to improve concentration. Not bad for a little sniffing action."
I know you weren't talking about weight loss, but I thought this was interesting and I'm going to make sure I have peppermint daily!
