I used ego Type A tanks with LR atomizers for awhile, was pretty happy with them. But you do have to refill fairly often. It's quick and easy - just pop the cap, drip until it's full, put it back together. But for me, I usually had to refill every few hours. A lot of people say that these have a lot of problems with leaks, but the only time I had leaks was if I let it get too low on fluid. I never even used the silicone caps which are often recommended.

I never tried the type B tanks, which are bigger. I was going to, but...

I started reading posts from people using the EMDCC's. Ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers.

And so I tried those out. And I'm very happy with them. That's what I'm using now. They are big, hold a lot of fluid, so I can refill less often. I do tend to get a little leak problem when I first fill them, but only right away. So I fill them, blow them out, put it back on the battery, take a few vapes, and it's all good until the next time I have to refill.

I'm using eGo 1000 mah batteries. Very happy with those.

I had no idea about the 5-click power-off! That's a great safety feature.

Now if there was only a way to consistently stop the leaking from the tank :)

I think when I get the ProVari, I'll be giving the bosslady my eGo-T and get the cartos for her so she can just use those. may not be as sexy but certainly more sexy than puffing an analog.

Well, that's true. Get her a box of cartomizers for the ego-T.

I would also skip the Tank system for the eGo. Actually i would just get an e-power kit. Much better than the eGos.

I think when you go into this you have to know that any pv you get comes with a certain amount of problems. They're fairly delicate devices that are used a lot.

The e-power makes sense because the batteries are cheaper to replace but like every pv out there, there are issues with them as well. I'd probably try one but I already have 3 different battery chargers going in my house (ego, KR808, 510) and don't want to add another charger to the mix. My joye ego batteries lasted close to 7 months so even at $15- $20, I'm not going to complain about them and a person will get a good vape with an ego.

Tried the ego-t, wasn't much of a fan.. The vape tasted very "plastic-y" (if that's a word)

Yes! I asked my buddy who owns a regular eGo-T (mine was the larger one-- "type B" i think) and he said he never got a plastic taste.

I thought I was the only one; glad to know it wasn't just in my head.
