I am glad I decided on a blem. I can see the blem. Looks like some dust got into the paint on the back of the mod. But this Reo is scratched to hell already now. Between my tungsten carbide wedding ring and working in my car that paint didn't stand a chance. It's got character now lol.

Congrats and welcome to Reoville.

When I'm off-roading and someone is deciding if they will try a particularly nasty obstacle that could very easily lead to damaging the jeep. the words of wisdom that the group typically delivers is "No-Balls".

J/K

Seriously though if it was me I'd put a dab of the noalox that's in the little baggie on the flat-top and give a spin, while I waited for the button tops.

Picture in a few days. Gotta leave my hands off this thing for now. My button tops are a couple days behind. I know if I set this thing up now I won't be able to resist firing it with a flat top. Gonna baby this. Not taking any chances.

Your a better man than me, I would have had those flat-top batteries in there by now!!:w00t:

Why wait til then, I have used many flat tops and have been fine, never had a spring go or anything untoward, try it!

And gratz on your new Reo, you won't be disappointed. :)
