I'm in the mood for a new mod!

I was going to purchase an Altsmoke Omega, as I have a SB and love it. But seeings as I'd like to use my soon to arrive Ody and DID atomizer, I don't think I'll be able to push the top down with those on there. Found the Legacy 18650 by puresmoker, looks awfully nice.

Any other mods similar that you could recommend? I'm not quite ready for a bottom feeder, not even sure what they're all about. But at some point I'd like to get my hands on a Reo Grand.

Would love to have a Zenesis APV (I'll keep dreaming, maybe someday they'll be back) or a Precise + 18650 (also out of stock) I'll keep checking to see when they get more in.

Any thoughts on the Legacy vs the Omega? Or something else you could recommend? Having also purchased a kick, being able to use that in the mod is also important to me.

Same dilemma months ago
In the end I picked Legacy, based on stainless steel vs. aluminium; bottom vs top button (I'm a tank user, top button makes it awkward); cheaper price.

Add notes: I also use it exclusively with Kick, no complain as long as I keep the Legacy clean (especially the battery contact)

I bought a legacy a few weeks ago and I really like it. Fully mechanical, adjustable center pin, kick friendly, and built rock solid. i ordered a kick but it's not here yet. Elfstone will probably be by to talk to you about that, but he says the kick works pretty flawlessly in it.

I don't have any real negatives on the Legacy.

Hmm, I'm certainly leaning toward the Legacy, mostly because of the bottom vs. top button. That and it should look decent with my new rebuild-able attys.

If you can contact ecf user elfstone, he can tell you quite a bit about it. I talked to him this morning, like you he is all about the rebuildable atomizer. I'm not going that route anytime soon, but do have the kick coming. Anyway, he's heavy into the rebuildable stuff and should be able to answer you questions.

The legacy also has a locking switch, which for me was important. I dont believe that the omega has one.

Really not sure how I feel about the GGTS, plus I'd be worried about scratches and finger prints (im super OCD and .... about my toys) not sure if I like the looks enough to lay the money down. Perhaps it would grow on me... What is the P&P?

Legacy's housing is media blasted finish and it's practically fingerprints-proof. My other APV is chrome finish and it's really a fingerprints-magnet.

Yes, the Legacy is fingerprint proof more or less. The shiny bottom and top caps are maybe an exception but I never notice any smudging there. The Legacy to me is 10 times better looking than the Omega, but that is just my personal opinion.

Another really nice bottom switch tube you might think about is the megalodon from electronicstix. I think he's out of stock this week, but they get new stock fairly regularly... and megalodons do seem to pop up in the classifieds once a week or so.

The Cube by Siam Mods is an option you should consider too, its a really nice looking device, and you can choose between polished and matte finish. Sorry for further confusing you! I'm struggling with the same issue, I need something that can fit a kick and has bottom switch, and I'm atm trying to figure it out between the Megalodon and Cube.

I know, it's a tough choice. In a perfect world I'd have them all Someday I might, but only one is in the works as of now, as I've spent far too much on rebuild-able atomizers in the last week. I'll take a loot at the Siam mod Cube, I know it'd look good with an Odysseus on top
