Same reason members who are pleased with PSs services post comments bashing OPs opinions in threads about PSs poor service. Hell.....it even says why in the post...."playing devils advocate".
We all have our own opinions.....and it is in our nature to "ruffle some feathers" every now and again.......but we should all respect each others right to disagree. Just do it civil like.

Steve engraved his PS logo onto a Zippo lighter for me just just because that is the kinda guy he is.
We have to remember that this whole PV thing is still in its infancy. It's just bearly out of the horse and buggy stages. Some people think that they are buying BMWs or Caddies, products that took over half a century to refine. Vap'n as we know it today is just bearly five years old.
We are fortunate to have the Mom&Pop maufacturers like PS and the others. Why do you think Njoy or SE aren't represented here like PS and the others listed in the suppliers section? Do you think you'd be able to speak (type) directly to the head guy there and get a response as quick if at all? And Njoy and Se don't even make anything, they just get it from China. How far do your think you would get with China about crappy attys you bought second hand?
Hell Steve, probably has ulcers over his desire to be the best and the 'carping' eats his stomach up.
Are there problems, sure. Are there some things that can be done about them, sure and they are working on solutions. Are there somethings you have to draw the line on, sure... And that will always bring the complaints and the pile ons. You can't please everyone everytime.. Just the way it is.
But overall.... I say, "I Do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Brock...why, thank you! Those are my baby Bichons. Teddy (just turned 3, left) and Baby Lulu (will turn 2 in March.) They are so happy that I no longer turn their fur yellow with those nasty poison pods...they ADORE vaporites!

My PS products have not always been trouble free but they still provide me with the best vape I can find and to me the best vape is worth some tinkering and a few extra $$s.

I've been free from the cancer sticks for just short of one year thanks to Steve,Casey and of coarse Trog from Screwdriver fame. I've had problems with PS's products but they were always solved in a fast and pleasant manner. Better customer service I couldn't ask for.Thank you Steve and Casey.

Prodigy V1-Never Ever Had a problem- Still going strong
USB PT V1-Wires broke-they fixed it- Great Communication/Service and Follow-Up.
USB PT V2-No problems at all.
Both USB PT smoke like champs
All the adaptors for both devices/Both Mechanical Switches/2 Manuel Switches
So far I have not had ANY problems with /buttons/ switches, etc or with any of my products, of course except the broken wire that they fixed. Otherwise I am happy.
