I'm looking to buy a 510 starter pack - what are my options in the UK?

Hey folks, as above, i'm looking to buy a 510 starter pack, as small and cigarette shaped as possible.

I want to go down the cartomizer route, rather than the atomizer one.

Preferably looking for one in silver/black/any other colour, just not really white.

Needs to have an automatic battery, i'm not looking for one with a button.

Any suggestions on one that's good that's available in the UK? and where can i buy it from?

The brand Blu uses a 510 thread and they happen to be black. Im not sure if they are automatic or not. These are sold at any local Walgreens, and similar stores. Next time you are out, check it out first hand, and see if it works for you. Good Luck

Not bad for the money, but TECC is part of TW and after the UK Vapers episode I would rather shove wasps up my ar*s than buy from them.

i read it all and still have no idea what happened :S

what was actually said on uk vapers about totally wicked? all i can find by googling it is threads talking about what happened without actually saying what happened!

Jason bit and an almighty slanging match ensued.

The mods on UKV did not keep it under control.

Legal threats were made by Jason.

The end result was a very popular forum was closed.

Jason banned me from his forum even though I had stood up for him as it was not all one sided.

TW can now go and kiss my ar*s.

ANYWAY i'm afraid to say i caved and bought a TECC microlite from TW i know, i'm sorry...

but it cost me £20.47 including postage for 2 batteries, a PCC, 6 cartomisers, and a USB and mains charger so i'm fairly happy.

but no doubt this will just be a stepping stone to better things.

next up's a boge carto probably, then i'll start experimenting with flavours




one thing i don't get though, is on the refillable cartomizers, how does the liquid stay inside when you remove them from the battery??? and where do you refill them from (on the boge one, for example)?

I'm sure this will all become much clearer when i actually get my hands on one rather than just looking a pictures..

The wadding inside the cartomisers holds the e-liquid so it doesn't come out when you remove them from the battery. You refill them by removing the white bung on the mouth end & drip juice into the wadding, avoiding the central tube.

For the initial fill of a cartomiser, it's best to use the "condom method" -

Also, I'd highly recommend you getting a drip tip to use on them as they are far more comfortable on the lips.

i've already got a basket of stuff ready to buy from liberty flights, part of which is some boge cartomizers which apparently have a "soft tip," so i'll see how they are, and if they're still uncomfortable i will take your advice

I AM ...... OFF!

My tecc microlite came yesterday, and i was using it with the cartos that came with it (which taste grim) but i waited until today when i knew i was getting some boge cartos and nice juice in the post, which i did.

upon opening the boge cartos, i found that my tecc microlite is NOT a 510 thread! i read on a old thread on here that it was 510 so assumed whoever wrote it knew what they were talking about! but nope, i've just wasted £20 on an e-cig that is completely obsolete.

now i have to buy ANOTHER battery kit which is 510 threaded, AND a charger AND a new PCC cos none of my stuff that i recieved today works with the friggin ....... tecc microlite ....e ....y piece'o'crap!
