I, too, remember discovering this forum. I've always been a forum addict, ever since BBS's back in the 90's. Before this forum, I used to post in Spacebattles.com forums (which I had to reluctantly abandon) and the World of Warcraft forums. As far as the WoW forums go, you'll never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. There is evil in there! So when I found ECF, it was like a breath of fresh air.
Although there is drama here, and some pretty strong personalities, we all find our niche and settle in. Again, welcome to the forums, and don't let anybody bully you! Besides, the mods do a good job of preventing bullies. Stretch your wings, and explore!
Please let me say that this is a great forum. I've found the people here very welcoming, and there's more than enough information and variety of topics to make ones head spin. I've learned so much in the last few weeks, and want to thank everyone for helping this newbie become more informed on the very thing that finally helped me quit smoking, and may have just saved my life!
