When I first started to vape I was disappointed because I wasn't getting that lightheaded nicotine buzz you usually get from the first cig of the day. I do now feel a sensation when I vape, a nice calm, sedate feeling that tingles the back of my head. You definitely do get a buzz from vaping but it's a totally different feeling from analogs. You'll start to feel this feeling after you're completely weened off analogs. It's just we're so used to that chemical rush from analogs we can't really feel the nicotine buzz. Case in point, a friend of mine at work who hasn't smoked in his life asked to try my ecig and felt dizzy after four puffs. You definitely do get a buzz from vaping once you're off the analogs for a few weeks.
Try this for proof: stop vaping from say 6pm in the evening. In the morning have a vape and see what you feel.
Just like analogs, if you're continously vaping you're not giving time for your body to deplete it's nicotine to experience a buzz.
Also, your set up plays a role in how strong a hit you get. I only ever got a mild hit from basic ecig starter kits. I get stronger hits now using only 6MG 100% VG juice on an istick 30W vaping at 17W with an aspire atlantis tank and a very strong dizzy, lightheaded hit with the kanger subtank, but that's just too strong for me. Everyone is different though and you'll find the set up that does it for you.
