It's a little over a month since I quit cigs with my twist and vivi nova. The ppl on this forum has been very helpful in guiding me to the right path. Many thanks.

I didn't have any desire for a cig while I vaped, and I for sure have quit for good. Before I got my PV, I was asking the forum whether vaping can give me that morning buzz like that of a cig. Most ppl said no, that vaping is a different experience. So I never really expected any buzz from vaping. Important thing is, vaping completely killed all cravings for cigs and that's good enough for me. I'm willing that sacrifice that short lasting buzz every day for a better health. Beside, vaping brings pleasure and relaxation too, even without that buzz.

But lately I've actually been getting that buzz in the morning from my vape. What a pleasant surprise. I didn't get any buzz initially but now I'm getting it. Of course, this might be because I've been vaping while still in bed the last couple of days. Perhaps the relaxation of lying down really helps...

I hear ya QV. That's my most gratifying vape of the day when I first wake up, brew up some java and head downstairs for some cpu time and that first vape of the day. Killer TH for the first few hits and then the nic buzz and a nice "ahhhh..." feeling. I get the same effect some nights at work when I'm having a rough time of it and don't get to go outside for a long time. When I finally go outside for 'smoke break' it just seems much more satisfying. Absence makes the heart grow fungus and all that.

cheers,
cho
