I'd suggest starting out with two different strengths of juice then.
If you get some 12mg and some 24mg you can mix them together to find the right strength for you.
I'm guessing you might wind up somewhere around 18mg but you never really know until you try.
If your juice is not high enough in strength, you may wind up with cravings still.
And if your juice is too high, you'll know it, because you'll get a bit nauseous and start getting a headache.
