    Welcome to ECF, Mike.
Well my mods that I would have to say are my favoritest are the Sir Lancelot mech and the iStick 60W.

My first mod was a Sigelei 20W tube mod that I got in 2014. Huge and heavy, solid SS. I still miss it. After a few years it started firing sitting on my desk. Luckily I was there at the time and got the battery out before it exploded.

This was my first mod, well the first after I started this journey with an eGo/CE4 startup kit. This was back around '15 or '16, I won it in a contest here too :) Anyway, it lasted for almost a year and the switch failed big time. I liked it so much I got another. That one lasted about as long and the switch failed. It would just fire all on it's own, just like yours. It's a paper weight now.

My first mod was a Kato Hammer (original, not clone). I think you can still get clones, but the original only from a collector who might be selling one. I still love it, but never use it. I bring it out for show & tell now and then, but I'm saving it for the vapocalypse.

Personally, I don't really have a 'favorite' mod as I have far to many and they tend to fall into different use patterns.

There are two different ones that I keep on my night stand, three different ones that I'll choose to take one in the car with me while I'm out running errands, the ones I use while surfing the web and drinking my morning coffee and lastly the ones I use while watching TV (hint: my profile photo is my right hand selection, I don't have a image of what I have available on my left).

The mod that finally got me off cigarettes was an eGo. There were two of them and a little screw on charger in the kit ($79) came with 2 510 atomizers and 5 carts. I got a drip tip, and used the carts to bait mouse traps.

So the eGo still tops my list, it was the perfect little mod for a beginner.
Now it's all about Caravela, and Provari ... and I have plenty of each.
