thanks all !

i have been hitting like nobody's business! seems to be doing the trick..

the weird thing is it always seems like i am missing something.. like i need to do something..maybe its the old constant need to go smoke......feels weird, but i gotta say, after a few days, my mood has improved some too.

quit smoking and be happy? is it possible? 8-o

i have not gotten a headache but i have had the 'ol pumper pounding at times..

Hi Dan. I'm new as well. It's been two weeks since I've had a regular cigarette. I haven't had an urge for one yet.

At work, I'm still going outside with the regular smoking crowd, except I bring my V4L auto now instead of Camels and I've been perfectly satisfied. I'm using 18mg carts and they've been doing the trick for me.

I would like to step down the nicotine level soon. I'm wondering if thats when I will suffer some.

way to go my friend. it took me about 5 months after my first e-cig to fully kick the cigarettes.

if there is any words of advice i can offer...

stick with it. spend money. buy new stuff. e-cigs... flavors... mods.... whatever it takes to get off the smoke... once you find your device/flavor/strength, the cost will go down, and you'll make up for it in spades... not to mention the health benefits!
