Three of the four batteries I got yesterday have died. Now if I was chucking them against the wall between drags, or if I hooked them up to a vacuum cleaner and kept the button pressed non-stop, I could see this, but I wasn't. One of them hadn't been used at all, another had been used once, and the third had been used less than a dozen times. I have one working battery left. Oh, and I have the cruddy little temporary unit I got until this "higher quality" one got delivered.
All the batteries have gone into their "oh no we're being abused!" mode and pressing the button just gives me 10 flashes of the LED at the end of the battery. They're little paperweights, and it's going to be at least Monday before I can even think about something else being shipped to me. So far I'm very less than thrilled with 510 batteries. And my GLV is still weeks away.
