I took the plunge today & ordered my Provari. I've done enough research to know I can get the batteries & charger cheaper, so I didn't order from Provape. However, I'm feeling a bit too mentally lazy to search on who's got the best price this week. Anyone care to point me in the right direction?

I second the Nitecore chargers. I have the I2 and love the capability to also charge them Ni-Cd and Ni-MH... I do have lots of them AA and AAA..

Must be the red/orange AW brand IMR's like below (In the correct size). Don't get protected.

You also want to make sure that your batteries have that top (nipples) so it can make an accurate connection. AFAIK some protected batteries will be too thick for the Provari so you want to stay away from that option. Lastly, you want the high drain kind.

Thanks to all!! Batitude, you are my hero as always. Adeline, you & greenman saved me $8 on the batteries, even though I forgot to use the discount code (doh!). Now, just so you all know, I'm making the jump from the eGo twist directly in to the deep end of the pool with the Provari. I've seen too many posts from people who wasted a lot of time & money with gradual upgrades, so I know I've made the right decision, but I'm REALLY going to have a lot of questions, so bear with me!!!

im one of them and i think you did the right thing, cant count all the crap i bought over the past year because i was afraid of hitting the checkout button even though i was on provapes site every day for like two months lol.
from here its just getting other stuff if you feel like playing, what i spent on all that cheap junk i could have gotten 3 provaris.
