About 6 months ago I was at an all time low. I was becoming overweight for the first time in my life, I was smoking more than any other time in my life and I was a bit too fond of my nightly vodka (which probably contributed to being a bit 'fluffy'.

Upon ordering from V4L I became one of those 'accidental quitters' and it just snowballed from there as for the FIRST time in my life I actually felt a sense of control over my own actions:

About 1 month ago (1.5 months after quitting smoking) I decided I would change my eating habits. This was a real test because if I was going to make a change in my weight I would also have to moderate my drinking. I was a bit nervous about how successful I could be. A real test of how strong I actually was.

And guess what, I am one bada$$ strong woman! :headbang:

I have lost *at least* 10 pounds on my 5'2" frame and I happily vape and drink decaf tea in the evenings instead of vodka (most nights at least, dang kids)

I post this here because I truly feel that PV's have changed my life and my health and my mental wellbeing in such a dramatic way...in no small part because of the community here.

I am so thankful!
