OK so I got my aunt and uncle Two Vision spinner 1,100mah with a protank mini3... and they ALWAYS seem to have issues with them!! I got go over their house multiple times a week to maintain their Ecigs!!! When they are working, they LOVE the things, but when they dont work... Its like I have to hear hell from them, and then they wanna return the things.. I knew I would have this issue at first.. but they STILL seem to find new problems, or even make the same mistakes over and over again! Im getting tired of constantly having to hear problems. I am a sensitive person so I feel like whenever something is wrong, its MY fault and responsibility.

Personally I use a vision spinner 2- 1,600mah , and I have a protank mini2, protank mini3 and an aerotank. I NEVER seem to have as many issues as they do... Is the vision spinner 2 THAT much different than the spinner 1?

I just made a list that they can refer to if they are having particular issues.

I dont know what else to do... Its not my fault if they continue to make the same mistakes over and over... its not my fault if they keep forgetting to turn the e-cig off when its in their pocket or purse. What should I do in the situation? I think I still have the opportunity to take them spinners back and get refunds. Is this the best plan of action? Is there even a more fool proof model that the can get without having it cause so many issues with them?

I figured the vision spinner and kanger ptotank are the cheapest and best bang for your buck... and easy to maintain once you figure it out. Are there any better ones for people I would hate to say... Idiots?

Welcome to the forum Dan!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your family. I'm sorry to be rude, but it sounds like they are lazy. What motivation do they have to learn anything when you'll come running to fix it for them? It's the same kind of thing when people get caught up running over to their folks house every time they can't figure out how to open an email. It's really not your problem. If they want to vape, they can figure it out, just like the rest of us.

If they are dead set on manipulating you, you might suggest they get Volts or Halos and be done with it. If they can't twist a cartridge onto a battery, they are beyond, as you said, idiots. If they complain that the Volts or Halos aren't as good as what they had before, tell them to join ECF.

They might want to just try the White Cloud mini flings and regular sized flings. I have a friend who is a caregiver and really doesn't have time to maintain vape equipment. After vaping store bought eliquids and using egos / spinners for a year, I switched him over to disposable White Clouds and he says they are really quite good.

It costs a little more, but the regular sized Flings last all day and are about the size of a sharpie marker. The minis are more like cigalikes. I personally think the eliquid in these are pretty good.

He is really happy with them, so mission accomplished. Nothing to maintain. I'm in the last stages of vaping before quitting and I might just go that route myself.

to ecf DanLennon3. I'm so sorry you are having this problem. How long has this been going on? It may just take some time for them to feel comfortable. I don't know how old they are but it is family and if you got them started, I would feel like it was my responsibility. Can you tell them to come to you instead of you going to them. That way if it is more inconvenient for them they may not have as many problems. Could be they just want to see you. Do they have the internet? Lots of help on here. I had to do that with one of my friends that I got vaping. I can imagine it would be harder with family. Hope some of the suggestions on this thread helps you in some way. I would just hate to see them give up on vaping if they are liking it when they work. Good luck to you and let us know how you are doing with them. Wish there was something else I could think of that would help. Good luck to you.

LOL..I have to maintain my husbands as well. I listen to what he likes or doesnt and upgrade his equiptment accordingly. I'm also incharge of charging and filling everynight. But if I dont do it, he smokes analogs...so I do it.
His itaste vv 3 switched to VW set at 9 with a dct tank holds enough juice for him, doesnt leak and is idiot proof enough for him.

I swapped my parents to vaping too. Order their replacement coils as teaching dad how to recoil proofed futile.
So I just order 30 coils at a time and make sure they don't run out. Otherwise they are luckily not left handed and can manage to top up their tanks and twist in a new coil. The egos are replaced every six months or so. The evod tanks seem to last the best.

Glad its just two in my fam that need some assistance. I'm already the computer, smartphone etc go to guy lol
At least this is for better health as compared to ciggies.

I have the same problems. I like converting people to vaping, but some of them can be really needy. They even get upset at me when something does not go their way, like it's my fault they can't order their own supplies and do basic ecig maintenance. I just act like I'm too busy now to worry about them and they convert back to smoking. It sucks, but I'm not here to baby them. They need to learn or get out the way.

Yeah, it's hard, if not impossible, to teach someone who is not willing and able to learn. I had a similar experience when trying to teach Linux to someone who shouldn't even own a computer.

I don't plan to try to convert anyone from smoking to vaping. If they ask, I will tell them the basics and point them to YouTube and this forum.
