I'm so bad....

I haven't even congratulated everyone on the new home here and then I come along and expect a round of applause.....but....I'VE DONE IT! I'VE DONE IT! 1 YEAR SMOKEFREE!!! And the majority of that time has been with my Volts.

Congrats on the new (ish) home of the Voltsters. Thanks to Imagine for all her input, help and advice. Thanks to all from the old thread just for being there. Thanks to the Admins of this site and all posters who have shared their words here. Thanks to SteelJan and all the reviewers for their time. And thanks to Volt for their great products.

Some will know that I didn't really set out to quit, it just started out by trying an e-cig and seeing how long I could resist. When it came to buying my own, my research led me to Volt and I have been with them ever since. It has actually been quite easy - don't get me wrong, I'm sure I could polish off a pack of 20 even now, but I couldn't bear to have to re-set my counter!!. That counter became the focal point and provided a very real, visual and daily account of things. I urge all new quitters to use one. To see the amount of ciggies avoided build up so quickly really puts it all into perspective.

Speaking of the old site, I hope everyone is well and I apologise for being such a bad, bad, bad boy hehe....

Congrats!!!!!!! This is my second shot at e-cigs. I didn't smoke a cig for a little over 3 months, and then ended up back on them during a time of high stress and poor planning on my part to stay stocked. I'm finding it much easier this time, so hopefully I'll be celebrating a year next April.

CONGRATS Fox!!! One year is a tremendous accomplishment!!!! I wish I'd thought of the counter thingie about two months ago (how do you do that anyway?? LOL!!) Smokeless Image is truly a wonderful thing ... In so many people's lives!!

I am still trying to fing the link for the "smokeless image" counter. I did cheat and find another one and agree that it has been both helpful and shocking. I can't believe I would have lit that many cigarettes in such a short amount of time.

Thanks everyone. I even survived a recent trip to Indonesia...it's the only place I indulged my longing for proper B&H as opposed to my normal hand rolling as they're only about $2 a pack. I knew this would be the biggest temptatiion, especially as it's a place where you can still smoke properly....everywhere!!!
