I am having THE worst luck in the world right now. I have been trying to gather enough money to get my gas and postage so i can ship my PIF offers. I finally got the money working last night. I'm about to go to bed and I check my paypal account(which this is what I live off of with my debit card) and what do I find? .39 cents left. Someone got a hold of my debit card number. I don't know how.. I don't know who, but I am LIVID. They purchased 11.98 worth of ITUNEs things off from my account. So I call paypal because Itunes support can take up to 48 freaking hours! Paypal tells me OH we're sorry but there isn't a darn thing we can do till the transaction goes through and your going to have to cancel your card(my lifeline) and wait 2-3 weeks to get a new card! FFS! I'm in tears right now. I am so livid with my life. I'm going to try my hardest to get these two PIF orders out today or tomorrow. I've not had one problem shipping orders out since I started PIF and for some reason LIFE hates me so much right now. I am really sorry to my PIFers. But I will get it to you one way or another.

Make sure you contact your bank asap too if they pulled that money out of a bank debit card. You'll want to get them on the job as well and you'll probably get that money back faster through them. (Most likely you contacting ITunes isn't going to result in returned funds. You need bank muscle for that one.)

Definitely get a new debit card and see if your bank can set up a separate one for online purchases. That way they can't take all the money in the account. If at all possible, get a credit card for use on these purchases only so a potential thief won't have access to your money and credit card companies are faster at reimbursements.

sadly it wasn't my bank debit card it was paypals that was used. if it was my banks I'd have my funds today. But since paypal sucks monkey .... i had to cancel my paypal debit card and now have to wait 2+ weeks for a replacement, so now i can withdraw funds immedietly. I have to wait 3-5 business days so my paypal money gets to my bank.

I personally refuse to use PayPal.....I dislike their policies...a couple of my friends had trouble with them a couple years ago.......and also their policy on e-cigs....it stinks and I refuse to support a company that basically is against us. That is why I don't go to the ECF sell and swap page...most of people want PP...why not just ask for a Certified check, money order option...? They limit their sales and swaps by asking for PP only.

Hello everyone. I wanted to do a quick update. A good friend of mine contacted me today and offered to help my situation out. Everyone's kind words really ment a lot to me. it's so hard to find actual good honest people in this world who are willing to do what each and everyone of you do on a daily basis. It brought me to tears today at how many people where willing to help me. I have no words strong enough to tell you all how much that ment to me.

I will get the packages out tomorrow and now I will also be in a better position than I was in just less than 24 hours ago. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart.

These whole Pay it Forward threads awakened me to the fact that there are some good, no great people in this world. With all that is going on today in the real world, this forum has restored some hope to me. Why can't all people be this giving.........we volunteer at a Homeless Shelter in the winter...dishes out food, giving out clothes, etc. In fact, I have a whole box of clothes I have collected from friends, etc. These people have had bad luck and the look on their faces when they get the hot meal......it's priceless.

Anyhow, this Forum is priceless...it reminds me of the good.

As you can tell....I love dots..................................................................!!!
All my work is caught up, rain outside, etc..nothing to do but post so pardon my wordiness.
