I've bought ecig supplies from around 50 vendors. I've had small problems with 3 of them. 2 were resolved quickly and professionally. I am a demanding customer, but if you are good to me, I will be loyal to you.


NOT GOTVAPES!!! I GAVE THEM PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE IT RIGHT. MY DOOR IS SHUT ON THEM.

Here is what happened.

I made an order with them and when I received it, 2 items were significantly different from their description.

I submitted a support ticket. The support ticket gave me tracking number, but when I tried to retrieve it, there was no record of it. I filled out another support ticket and I got a response, but no resolution or even a slight interest in what my problem was. I replied to their reply, with further clarification. No response.

I submitted another support ticket, I got another vague response with no action.

I submitted another a support ticket, another what I was starting to feel is a plain passive aggression game they play.

I submitted another support ticket, they finally agreed to send me a replacement product.

I submitted another support ticket and asked about the problem with the other item. no reponse

I submitted another support ticket and they acted like they were doing me a favor and would issue me a refund for the other product. THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A FULL REFUND!!!

A MONTH HAS PASSED AND IT'S TOO LATE TO DISPUTE IT ON MY CREDIT CARD. THEY WON.

OR DID THEY? I will continue to get into their business here and on youtube for as long as I see them "acting" out this role that they project. the sooner they go out of business, the better.

The signs that they are bad people and a bad business are clear.

They talk racist about Chinese businesses here on ECF.

They accuse another American business with a similar name as promoting illegal drugs here on ECF.

They harass people with name calling (go ahead call me a troll again) here on ECF and on YouTube. Those who speak up about them selling garbage products or in my case of spamming peoples' email inboxes even after unsubscribing.

They are operating their business from two states so they don't have to collect sales taxes or that they can claim not know what is happening in the other location? Who knows, but it's just another thing that makes them look like shady passive aggressive people in my book.

There are too many good ecig businesses to allow any bad ones to exist. Speak up about your bad experience with them and any others and together we will make them all shrivel up and die.

N rustica- you have now spent a considerable amount of time and energy (here, but previously in our own forum) railing against us. We don't know who you are nor have you sent either Chris or I a PM or identified yourself in our forum as to who you are so we can look at the history of what you are speaking of.

All I can gather is that you had a problem with a couple of vaping products you ordered from us, I think the only order you made with us. Then in our forum you blasted and called junk, among other things, the Stardust, which is universally well thought of.

As far as our Newsletter. We only send a newsletter out to those who have voluntarily subscribed to it so they can receive our VIP Newsletter discount. So you will get at least ONE Newsletter from us. You can at anytime unsubscribe and I try to always make sure I purge the newsletter list before I send out the next one. I may miss a name here and there but to be honest, I am pretty good about cleaning up the list. You have 100 or so posts here, just who are you? What is your email. If you want you can send it to me in a PM. I would like to research who you are, when you signed up for the newsletter to actually see how many newsletters you did receive, etc. As a new customer you couldn't have been 'spammed' in a merciless fashion. As I said before you have to sign up for it to get it. So at the most you might have received one errant newsletter (actually we have only sent out one or two the past month, so you would have automatically received one and then if I neglected to take you off, you may have received one more in the past month or so).

I want to ask the mods to also remove this post if they would kindly do so and reprimand in some fashion this individual - but I trust you will look at this and decide best course of action, you have always been tremendously professional. They HAVE actually been trolling and this type of a post goes beyond the pale and seems to have more personal motivations. It is slanderous to speak of us the way he did. We fully and passionately serve ECF and its members, this is uncalled for, the racial accusations and also speaking of our business practices and casting aspersions on them. This is totally out of line.

While you may have experienced a problem with this supplier you are by your own admission acting with a malicious agenda. This is called Disruption and will not be tolerated on the forum. It is one thing to complain about an issue, quite another to go on a crusade. If you feel you have been wronged by this supplier by all means file a complaint through ECF ( email complaints[AT]e-cigarette-forum[DOT]com ).

Voting with your feet is always a good response. engaging in crusades usually makes you end up a victim of your own zealotry. Do what you think is right but be aware that it is a two edged sword on ECF. If you are being disruptive and unreasonable it could come back to bite you here. Sometimes it is best to say your piece and move on to other suppliers.


I'm closing this thread since it is on the express train to nowhere.
