I've bought ecig supplies from around 50 vendors. I've had small problems with 3 of them. 2 were resolved quickly and professionally. I am a demanding customer, but if you are good to me, I will be loyal to you.
NOT GOTVAPES!!! I GAVE THEM PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE IT RIGHT. MY DOOR IS SHUT ON THEM.
Here is what happened.
I made an order with them and when I received it, 2 items were significantly different from their description.
I submitted a support ticket. The support ticket gave me tracking number, but when I tried to retrieve it, there was no record of it. I filled out another support ticket and I got a response, but no resolution or even a slight interest in what my problem was. I replied to their reply, with further clarification. No response.
I submitted another support ticket, I got another vague response with no action.
I submitted another a support ticket, another what I was starting to feel is a plain passive aggression game they play.
I submitted another support ticket, they finally agreed to send me a replacement product.
I submitted another support ticket and asked about the problem with the other item. no reponse
I submitted another support ticket and they acted like they were doing me a favor and would issue me a refund for the other product. THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A FULL REFUND!!!
A MONTH HAS PASSED AND IT'S TOO LATE TO DISPUTE IT ON MY CREDIT CARD. THEY WON.
OR DID THEY? I will continue to get into their business here and on youtube for as long as I see them "acting" out this role that they project. the sooner they go out of business, the better.
The signs that they are bad people and a bad business are clear.
They talk racist about Chinese businesses here on ECF.
They accuse another American business with a similar name as promoting illegal drugs here on ECF.
They harass people with name calling (go ahead call me a troll again) here on ECF and on YouTube. Those who speak up about them selling garbage products or in my case of spamming peoples' email inboxes even after unsubscribing.
They are operating their business from two states so they don't have to collect sales taxes or that they can claim not know what is happening in the other location? Who knows, but it's just another thing that makes them look like shady passive aggressive people in my book.
There are too many good ecig businesses to allow any bad ones to exist. Speak up about your bad experience with them and any others and together we will make them all shrivel up and die.
