I started at 11 to 12 for a nicotine level (depending on the company). Maybe If I had started a little higher I wouldn't be change vaping as much. I just figured that if I was going to do this, I was going to cut down on the nicotine as well. I have a notion that if I had started at a higher level of nicotine, I likely still would be vaping as much as I am now. Only I'd be feeding the nicotine habbit as well. I thought that as long as I was getting some nicotine, I could do it. Doing OK I guess.

I think that your nicotine level is far too low. I was a 1.5 PAD smoker and I needed 36mg to get off the analogs. If I had tried to quit using 11mg liquid, I'm sure I'd still be smoking. Now is not the time to worry about cutting down on the nicotine, in my opinion - worry about getting off the smokes first. Once you're sure you're done with them, you can focus on whittling down your nic level.

Be warned that some people need fairly high nic levels for long periods of time. I was @ 36mg for several months, and I've been @ 24mg for nearly two years. I've tried repeatedly to move down to 18mg but it doesn't work for me; even now I crave cigs at that level. Maybe I'll give it another try when I hit the 3-year mark.

The bottom line is that it's often a two-step process. Step one - vape instead of smoking. Step two - lower nic levels.

Good luck!

For excessive vaping you might try one of the bottomfeeder box mods with an 18650 battery and 6mm bottle, and LR carto. Hopefully you have found a juice you like, if so you might try 24 mg. You might find this more satisfying and a bit more convinent which in turn will make things easier for you. I hope this helps and good luck to you!!!

whatever you gotta do man - you should check out the Ego Mega Dual Coil Carto's, they hold somewhere between 3-5 mL's and are great on vape and flavor, they're pretty easy to top off too. Their circumference is much larger so your dropper hole is mammoth!

I have been vaping on these exact cartos for about 24 hrs and I would agree they are amazing, it was that very thing that I finally got the ahhhhhhhh that's it feeling from :)

So you two are saying that you can hit this carto repeatedly without getting the burnt taste? I am really leary of that. It just seems to me that anything short of a tank is going to give the burnt taste if I chain vape it. Of course I don't even know that yet cause I don't have a tank yet, but the tank I can at least believe that there is something different about it that could make a difference. I just have had bad experience with cartos without the tank and don't see why it being bigger would help that much??
