I know that I am late to this party, but maybe a video will explain it better. Below is a controlled explosion of an "ICR" chemistry 18650 battery. The Samsung 26F is the wrong battery to use in an electronic cigarette device because it's amp limit will be exceeded. Exceeding the amp limit is battery abuse and could cause it to go into thermal runaway.
