My two top picks for pocket-safe (not likely to go off in the pocket) and pocket-friendly (can actually fit in a pocket) would be the Janty eGo and the Bartleby.
The eGo's battery life is insane, and it looks soooooo sleek. I carried it around in my pocket yesterday--standing, walking, sitting--and no accidental misfires.
The Bartleby is another good choice, and for the price it's hard to beat. As Kent noted, it has an on/off switch, which makes it very pocket-safe indeed. While the battery life isn't quite what the eGo provides, it has an onboard USB charger, and, yes, you can vape while you recharge.
Both provide a 3.7 vape.
