So.. I wanted to try out a penstyle. I wanted to check into the DSE 801, so I went ahead and ordered from Ruyan. On the site it said that the shipping time would be anywhere from 7-14 days. "No big deal." I figured since I already have my 901, I could easily wait patiently enough for my package to make it from China..
Well, I was having a conversation the other day with a friend on this forum, and it came up that i was waiting for the package. He felt that I should have my 801 by now. So we tracked it, and no one could tell me where it was. So I sent an email out to Ruyan. I felt that the response was rather rude. Wayne basically told me that I was being impatient, that delivery can take anywhere from 14-25 days and that my package is probably waiting to go through Canada customs??? Maybe I'm dumb in thinking that it's weird that my 801 is sitting in Canada?! Is that kind of a round-about way to get to California from China?
Anyway, after seeing that email, and deciding that I'll probably be finding a different distributor for my site, I spoke to Chad at ECigSupply.com. He was kind enough to send me a DSE 801 Kit ASAP. It's coming from Phoenix and he only ships priority so I should have it, probably tomorrow or the next day! Woohoo!
So eventually I guess I'll just have a BUNCH of extra parts for my 801 since I ordered a lot of extras from Ruyan... whenever it gets here.
