I recently had a wonderful service experience with Jason from electronicstix.com
My (quite large) order to him was stopped at the Canadian border and was tested (positive), and therefore had to be destroyed or returned to sender. This was three months after placing the order, and I chose to return the package. Before the package had rearrived at electronicstix, I explained the situation to them and politely requested a refund.
The refund came within a few days, surely before the order came back to Jason. I wish to thank him and his company sincerely for the upstanding commitment to service.
