The short version here: I had a problem with the post office returning my orders to vendors. 3 said they would reship when the packages arrived.

After a week of waiting, Jason at VaporFlow reshipped my order of LR 510 and LR 801 atty's even though the 1st package hadn't arrived back to him yet. He saved me from running out of atty's and potentially buying a pack of nasties. Jason was very quick to respond to my emails and stayed on top of the situation even during the past holiday weekend. That's awesome customer service if you ask me. The only thing he could've done better would be to include MORE busines cards because I'll be recommending VaporFlow to everyone I can! Now that I have the post office back in line, I'll be ordering from VaporFlow a LOT more!!

(2 other well respected suppliers on ECF are STILL waiting for the packages before they reship even tho usps tracking says they're being returned. I hate to say it but they will most likely be losing a customer as I think I'm s.o.l for $150. It's been about 3 weeks now)
