Wait...you ONLY bought the stardust wicks, and not the stardust itself? Those won't do much good without the stardust tank. The wicks are just so you can replace them once they burn, bt you need a the stardust for them to be put in.

What exactly DID you buy? I'm not sure which atomizers you have, but I'm guessing you have the EgoC ones, with the spike? It sounds like only the cartos you have will work off the bat.

Cartomizer filling: The carto is the thing with a foamy/cottony filling inside. You can use the condom method,

or add juice in drop by drop. It will hold ~20-25 drops if it's a standard size. Tilt it 45deg, add ~2-3 drop, wait for them to soak into the filler, rotate the carto a bit and add 2-3 more drop. Do this until you hit 20 drops. Let it sit for a couple minutes. Wipe off the mouth end, blow into it with a paper towel on the battery end. Clean off the battery end of the carto. It's very important not to get too much juice on your battery or it can seep IN and make it useless.

if it's faceted......that is the kind that unscrews so you can replace the atty head at the top of the stem. So first, if you got juice down the stem, you'll need to take it apart, and rinse everything out really good.....blow through the stem to get excess water out from rinsing. Put it all back together, make sure it is sealed good at the bottom ie, screwed on right, not caddywhompus

also, how much juice came out the first time and did it come out through the very small hole in the center?

don't know what that has to do with your stardust, but ok. I am sure they'll make it right if something was left out and not just on backorder.

But just for future, I don't fill anything while it's on a battery.

well the tank cover peice blocks the juice from comming out, doesnt it?

Just to avoid terminology issues....... here's what you should have for the stardust.

Plastic tube with gradient markings on it
faceted bottom piece that has a metal stem that holds the coil at the top and wicks coming out the sides
white silicone cover with a metal piece in it, one side is flat the other side should have a small cone sticking out
black plastic mouth piece that you screw into the plastic tube

what do you mean by tank cover piece? Did it not come with the plastic part that goes on top that you put in your mouth?

ok look, I have no clue what your talking about. I'll just tell you the questions I have and you can answer them, anything else is confusion

now I've seen a million youtube videos of ppl smoking ego twists with stardust wicks. Albertbert from this forum said a stardust wick would work on an ego c twist.

now IDK if it was you or someone else but they pointed out there is 2 types, 1 you can pre fill with smooth bottom that u screw into battery, an 1 with more ridges thats doesnt have anything blocking it where you screw into the battery, with ridged surface

basically either Albert messed up when helping me an told me to get the wrong thing, or perhaps there is a solution. Is there anyway I can make my stardust wicks work on the ego c twist, or did I waste my money on nothing? 1 thing I know for sure is an stardust works on ego twist batteries.

Do you have a stardust unit or just the replacement heads?

I got what Albertbert from this forum told me to get, he said it all would work, but it doesn't
I posted a picture of everything I ordered
so IDK , probly replacement considering they don't work... but that's just a guess

This is a pic of the parts of a stardust AND an assembled unit....

When filling the unit should be fully assembeled save for the black mouthpiece at the top.
