Unfortunately these WH.gov petitions seem to be designed specifically for the White House to just say no comment on them when they reach the (constantly increasing) number of votes needed. I sign them when they pop up but if you know of any groups that are lobbying for pro-e-cig positions in DC throw your support behind them via donations and the like. It's unfortunate, but that's what the US government is about nowadays, whoever gives the most money to whoever has the most power.
