I have not seen any that low. I know Amazon had the Panasonics for around 8 bucks, but they have stopped making those so it was most likely a firesale.

No, and if you do, I'd advise you not to purchase or use them. Don't use unbranded or little-known brands of batteries that are cheap, it's not worth the risk.
Stick with AW, Panasonic, or Efest brand batteries for quality and safety.

Fasttech- ordered 4 X Panny 18650 X 2250 mah for $20 incl shipping. Ordered on Mar. 15 and received them today.
Edit: If you're a heavy vaper you might want to think about the Panny 18650 X 3400 mah- 2 for $18.00. Realize the Vamo drains batts quickly.
