IMR are lithium manganese rechargeable, INR are lithium nickel rechargeable Numbskull. Both are high drain cells. IMR chemistry has been around for quite a bit now, and are know for their safety, durability, high output, and lower capacity vs ICR. INR have a higher capacity potential, safety potential, and energy output potential than IMR or ICR but are still in the infancy stages of development. As for now they're very similar to IMR save for a few issues. INR batts tend to have more inconsistencies between cells, and do not last as many cycles as an IMR (AW IMR rated for >500 cycles, Samsung batteries rated to lose 40% capacity after 250 cycles).
