In need of GGTS adapter & ithaka rebuildable update kit

Hello fellow vapers. I am in need of GGTS adapter, can't find it anywhere. And the Ithaka update, my ggts & ithaka have been a permanent resident of my drawer. Does anyone have spare? Please help.
