Just wondering which folks on here know if they used tobacco alkaloids as an embryo or fetus. Is there any way for us to be exempt from the tobacco excise taxes since our addiction took root long before our ability to exercise our will?

I know my mother smoked till my birth, and I started smoking at age twelve, when there were practically zero restrictions on tobacco. I don't think the tobacco witch hunt will have any mercy on us at any time in the near future.
