Has anyone tried the Shisha Vanilla yet?

Can't believe I waited so long to try this one, but, the INW Shisha Vanilla just took first place in the vanilla category for me.....sorry FA vanilla Tahity; I'll use you every now and then, but INW SV has a leg up on ya.

It has made some of my NET blends impossible to put down!;)

It's so weak though isn't it? I had to use over 5.5% to start tasting it.

For me, the INW SV under 2% is enough with my tobacco mixes. Over time, I have lessened the amount of any flavoring on top of my synthetic and NET tobacco mixes; just barely a suggestion of another flavor is perfect. :)

Same here, I find it pretty weak too ... it's tough to find a good version of vanilla, and I've tried them all.
I'm about ready to try the vanilla flavoring in the kitchen
I do find it a good vape used solo, although very mild.
Other than adding some to enhance a fruit, it gets lost in a recipe

I'm gonna go ahead and review Inawera's new Custard, because I really like it. My comments are re an unsteeped, fresh off the scale text batch at 6% in my standard 70vg/30pg 3 ml nic.

So, forget about comparisons with TFA/CAP VC, this is in a totally different league. I'm not getting any vanilla and only very minute sweetness, probably from my VG heavy media. This is a creamy, eggy (in a good way), thick full bodied, very authentic custard that isn't really comparable to any other flavoring named "custard" on the market. The egg element is especially impressive. I associate eggyness in other flavors as "yuck", but this egg actually works, I think because it's so thick and creamy.
I see a lot of new possibilities with this stuff.

I'm something of a custard enthusiast. I've tried every one I could get my hands on, TFA, CAP V1 V2, FW, FLV, Euro, FA, and none of them compare to this one. Highly recommended.

Well, if it bests CAP V1 it must be gooood! Gonna have to give it a go... :D

Thanks for the inputs on the various Vanillas. I also like a small hint of Vanilla to my tobacco vapes.

I tried the waffle (at 2%) today, and it is strong! I think it was really good, but to me tasted more like the waffle biscuit/cake used for ice cream cones (if that makes sense), than a regular waffle made from the iron. It's Heavy on the Vanilla taste, and the "burnt" waffle taste is very present. I'll try this at 1-1,5% to see if I can tone Down the Vanilla/burnt taste. I would have preferred it without the Maple syrup taste, to have a more Natural "right of the iron" taste.

But overall, it's a really good flavour.

I need some help spending my money.:D

I use Inawera Burley Tobacco in one of my 3 main recipes and decided that buying it 10 ml at a time was kind of foolish. I couldn't find larger amounts at the few US sites that carry it, so I'm doing my first ever order from e-aromashop.com to get the 100 ml size. But if I'm doing an order from Poland I really should get more while I'm at it. So far my thinking is:

I've been trying to convince myself to branch out into some bakery and custards, so I've added Custard and Biscuit to my cart as well. Any other ideas in that line? In real food I prefer rich to sweet.

Can anyone tell me whether their citrus fruits, lime and orange are very good - which for me means realistic. And/or which other fruits Inawera does best?

I like tea (my other main flavor is Nature's flavors Earl Grey) and am thinking of branching out in that direction so I'm looking at Black Power Tea, since the orange and ginger with tea sounds good to me. Has anyone tried that one? Any opinions on their take on plain black tea? I'm working up a mint tea recipe and I have Flavour Art black tea so far and I'm a bit underwhelmed.

Exotic Roots could be interesting, but there's no info on what roots are in it, beyond ginger being on the label picture.

And haven't I been reading in this thread that Cactus is good?

Anything else that any of you think would be good to try?

I don't much like tobacco flavors - the Burley is something I started out with, and it doesn't taste like smoking, it tastes more like good pipe tobacco smells before combustion.

I like these:
Apple WG.. it's a strong flavor
Blueberry EA .. another strong one
Chocomint WG ... mostly mint
Dragon Fruit ... needs a sweetener
Lemon ... has a tartness in there .. yummy
Lime .. on the sweet side, and strong
Raspberry .. good true flavor
Melon EA ... strong Honeydew
Pear EA
Plum EA
Tiramisu EA
Biscuit ... yup, good with just about anything.
Wild Strawberry .. yum, but not a "fresh" taste
Their Shisha Cinnamon is good, but so is FA's ... great tea additive

And haven't I been reading in this thread that Cactus is good?

I like Cactus but mainly as a fruit enhancer - not as a top note in a mix. I keep it at 0.3% to 0.5% to make fruit mixes "juicier". Even at 0.3% you can taste it as it's quite strong. It's really very nice but is probably one of those flavors that people either really like or really hate. I'm still experimenting with it and just branched out to mixing it with creams.

Sweet King. Flaky well done pastry crust, it's not sweet. I use it with Two Apple and FLV Rich Cinnamon. Nomnom. It tastes like a Mickey D's apple pie but much less grossly sweet.
Lime is awesome, both grapefruits are excellent and juicy. I tend to like most of their fruits, but I don't like orange IRL or flavorings so no help there.
They had a newish fruit, Marula, that's interesting. I have no basis for comparison but it's sort of like a soft pear/apple blend. I mixed some with their Custard and it's really growing on me.

I just ordered some INW Custard as well as Flavorah's, gotta see what all the hype is about :)

I recently ordered the INW Custard and think it is really tasty. Has a much stronger spice note than others, at least to me. I have some flv custard in transit right now.

The spice note frightens me but i will approach with an open mind. I do love inawera. Dark for pipe is literally the best flavor i have ever tasted, just it by itself.

The rhubarb is also amazing, and vanilla shisha. I need to figure out a good recipe using the rhubarb. Hmm, rhubarb custard...
