I just read ECX's Smoked Plum description. That's way off. Smoked Plum tastes like cooked plums. Sweet and tart plum basically. I definitely don't pick up any tobacco or coffee.

Yup.

Certainly way off from the description from Inawera...

Fruit Flavours - E-Flavour Smoked Plum 10 ml -

Ron

This and this. And ECX doesn't even carry the Plum Tobacco that I could find. I've read about the Smoked Plum confusion before, with it being a smokey tobacco flavor. Was wondering where that came from. Don't suppose the name helps either. lol

Maybe the flavor tester was smoking and drinking coffee when vaping the Smoked Plum ! LMFAO !!!

I vaped a little of my Smoked plum juice this morning, and yes the Plum taste is very strong but I do get some coffee, tobaccoish taste at the end if I exhale out of my nose. I drank some milk so my pallet would be fresh, so I wouldn't taste anything else. But hey taste is subjective. I read that description on the Inawera site that's wired, who knows.

It's all in your mind man. I'm vaping it right now. Tastes exactly liked a cooked sweet plum, with the tart skin still there. The finish is like a fresh raw plum. No coffee, no tobacco. Seriously.

I just made a fair sized order of Inawera flavors. They haven't arrived yet, but I need to do some research, so I'll be reading through this thread. If anybody can point me to a list of recommended starting percentages, I'd be very grateful! If it's in this thread I'll eventually find it, but if someone has it bookmarked for easy access please let me know.

Here's what I ordered:

E-Flavour Pineapple 10 ml
E-Flavour Milk Chocolate 10 ml
E-Flavour Chocolate Cream WG 10 ml
E-Flavour Chocolate 10 ml
E-Flavour Apple 10 ml
Concentrate Two Apples 10 ml
Concentrate Pear 10 ml
Concentrate Biscuit 10 ml
E-Flavour Caramel 10 ml
E-Flavour Almond 10 ml
E-Flavour Orange 10 ml

Oh My! You haven't read all 705 pages in this thread (and all past comments on that flavor elsewhere on this Forum) ??? :D:D

Sometimes I am ready to click "Place Order" with a vendor but am wondering if I should add an additional flavor or 2. This Forum's search function for me is ...lacking. I want information on those flavors I'm considering now.:)

What I do is search with Google. I type...

e cig forum inawera plum

... (for example) in the Google search box and Google directs me to the exact page here that INW plum is mentioned.

This also works...

Really good tips there. Another way with a little less typing is to go to the first page of the thread you want to search, and right click on the url. That will select it and bring up a menu. Choose copy, then paste that to google and add a coma, a space, and the term you want to search for at the end.

Yeah, it's nice to have a forum specifically designated to one flavoring co.!

Oh, and BTW, if anyone has ever made an apple pie liquid that was missing the spice element that makes the apple pie liquid taste more baked, try (for starters) a mix of 1:2 Spicy Biscuit:Biscuit and add that in to your normal apple pie recipe at no more than 1% to begin with -- then adjust if need be. It's pretty amazing. I don't know how it will steep as I just made several, but luckily shake-and-vape liquids are always a good thing. My liquid (that is already a pretty convoluted recipe) finally "popped" as apple pie with that simple 1% addition!

I taste too much clove in the Spicy Biscuit. But it sure wouldn't hurt to try it. I make an Apple Pie with FA Apple Pie, and Shisha Golden Apple. The Golden Apple is definitely a baked apple. The overall mix tastes a lot like McDonald's apple pie ! :D

Yeah, at the ratio and percentage, it isn't too clove-y -- it's more like a general allspice type of thing, but breaking that extra low percentage threshold is something else. Can you say Djarum breadstick? LOL I haven't tried the Shisa Apple, so I will now.

Works really well for peach too. Nomnom spiced peach pie, peach cobbler...mmmm! Sometimes I add a little tiny bit, like .5% tfa Horchata for some creamy cinnamon.

How is just the 'biscuit' flavor? Today I got my cake batter flavor (capella) but from the smell, I'm not sure it's what I'm really looking for, for blueberry muffin flavor. It might need something like that 'biscuit' instead, or maybe pie crust? Not sure.

Hmm, I'll have to give that a miss, then; no way I can vape that much VG. Actually I'm trying to recreate a flavor of an ejuice I have that's 95% VG, which I love but that much VG doesn't suit my lungs at all, so I was planning to make it 100% PG, and mix 1 part of the 95% VG juice with 3 or 4 parts of my own 100% PG. I got the Coffee Tobacco and Virginia tobacco absolute today, but I think I need to wait and also get the cappucino and the Deluxe TDM before i try making it; the Coffee Tobacco is more strongly tobacco-ish in its scent than I had counted on from its description, so I need more coffee flavor and more sweet, milky flavor in there, as well as some chocolate.

Thx!
Andria
