Those whom have ordered from Inawera, what is the usual turnaround on shipping? Placed an order 3 weeks ago with the airmail option and still has not gotten here. Havent been able to find it on tracking after it left Poland. Sent them a message yesterday but haven't heard back. Just wondering if I need to be worried.

From which Inawera shop did you order?

Sadly, I know that e-aromashop.com has had major issues with USPS and they will no longer be shipping via them; something to do with the tracking of packages. E-aromashop will only ship via DHL now. A few folk I know have had USPS packages from them lost over the past month. The above came across on their FB feed about 2 weeks ago.

I ordered straight from their website. I believe it may be coming DHL but last time I checked, no tracking after the first couple of days. Says that it was sent abroad on 1/23

When I ordered from them, I chose air mail, but they sent it DHL; received the package in 3 days.

You have to keep "rattling the cage" via email every day to get an answer from Poland.

Good luck.

Sooo...after pestering them, this is what I finally received. Already had the tracking info and knew that it would not track in the US. They don't seemed to concerned that I have not received the products in almost a month. [emoji53]

"Hello Rachel Spainhour,

This is the tracking link
http:
Unfortunately USPS stopped tracking service for almost all European countries. There is no other way but patiently wait.

Best regards, "

I will know next time to not order directly from INW.

I'm hating this issue!

So, is this e-aromashop.com you are dealing with on this issue?

Thanks [emoji4]

It is the Inaweraflavours.com that I am dealing with. I had assumed it was the actual company but after looking at these other links I'm beginning to wonder. The tracking shows that they did ship, but once it left Poland, no tracking available. Will give it another week, if It doesn't arrive I guess I will order from elsewhere.

I haven't ordered from them in a long time but last I checked they were the most expensive of all of them. I *think* Inawera.com may be closest to the actual company (Graziela something or other). They have a forum and do the testing on new flavors (also release new flavors before anyone else it seems). Not 100% sure on that.
Never had a problem with their shipping except for a long wait over Christmas last year. Some people like the other ones though. I have not ordered since the new PO thing. Need to and I'll pay extra for DHL, so thanks for the heads-up on the new improved (not) international shipping.

Okie dokie..... These guys are in Spain, but the product ships from Poland. But I wonder from what location in Poland? No matter really, I think this is a USPS issue..... shake-a-da-fist!

This from their site:

Dear customers. This is www.inaweraflavours.com. We sell Inawera products and ship from Poland, the shop is registered to the address:

Yeah, I don't know how I wound up there. Had google INW and thats what popped up every time. It looked like their home sight. I will know better next time....[emoji6]

The shisha strawberry is finally here! Took over a month. Well it's at the PO actually. Lol

Need suggestions on how much I should use. I am used to using TFA strawberry ripe at 8-10% depending on the recipe. I'm a flavor hound.

I wouldn't go as high as 8-10%. Try starting at 4-5%. Inawera is more potent than TFA.

From one flavor hound to another, ... make a 2ml solo "test", at 4%.
Then you can go from there.
I try all my new flavors solo, and the Shisha Strawberry was great.
It's not "real, or fresh" tasting, ... that must be the "Shisha" part
BUT ... it's the only Strawberry I use now in my recipes, and it doesn't take a lot.
Enjoy

Picked up the box. Was crushed but the contents were fine[emoji4] I ordered the 100 ml bottle of the Shisha strawberry. The bottle just says strawberry so I'm hoping it's the shisha. Invoice says shisha.
