INCREDIBLE Customer service!!

I sent Chris at My Freedom Smokes an email this morning, as I think the charger for my fiance's 510 kit died. Screwing a dead battery in gave nothing but a green light on the charger and a VERY dim light from the LED on the battery.

I had a response in 45 minutes, on a Sunday, on CHRISTMAS! Saying he would send a new one tomorrow.

I never expected to see a response until Tuesday!

Hands down AMAZING customer service, I can't recommend them more. I normally don't post reviews, positive or negative, but this is one outstanding instance in which I just HAD to tell everyone.

I also posted this in the positive reviews forum, because EVERYONE should know about this.

Thanks Rich, yes Chris is amazing and all of us here at MFS do our best to stay at the top of the Customer Service charts. It's good to know that our efforts are being noticed.
