I sent Chris at My Freedom Smokes an email this morning, as I think the charger for my fiance's 510 kit died. Screwing a dead battery in gave nothing but a green light on the charger and a VERY dim light from the LED on the battery.

I had a response in 45 minutes, on a Sunday, on CHRISTMAS! Saying he would send a new one tomorrow.

I never expected to see a response until Tuesday!

Hands down AMAZING customer service, I can't recommend them more. I normally don't post reviews, positive or negative, but this is one outstanding instance in which I just HAD to tell everyone.

I also posted this in the positive reviews forum, because EVERYONE should know about this.
