Hubby found this today while he was doing some searching on the internet.
And targeting all forms of smokeless tobacco is part of their plan too if I read it right.
It's no longer just about smoking cessation, it's that quit or die mentality at work.

I took the liberty of editing the first sentence of their mission statement to make the insanity more apparent:

MISSION

The Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Trust Fund exists to prevent and reduce the use of all
less-harmful smoke-free tobacco products in Indiana and to protect citizens from exposure to tobacco smoke.

And I'm thinking that's exactly how we must deal with the idiots. Show people just how much they contradict themselves in what they state they are attempting to do. It's not about getting people to stop smoking only, it's about stamping out "demon nicotine" no matter what the health cost is to those that are forced into the quit or die program.
