Quoting @Bman123 , if your having leaking /condensation problems and you are positive your wicking is correct, "the oring on the bottom of the rta deck is small, replace it with one from the prebuilt coils.". I had the same issue, it wasn't bad but a little condensation. Switched orings and it hasn't leaked at all.

Got my tank today I love it very good build quality easy to build, wick & fill, for normal wire 3mm ID fits in fine however for Clapton Max ID is 2.5
    My 1st build attempt:
SS 316L Clapton 24/28g 2.5mm ID 7 wraps @ 0.46 ohm have it on RX200 in TC mode @ 480F & power set @ 60, also tried it in power mode @ 60 watts great flavor & vapor production in both
this tank needs lots of cotton to wick properly got a leak on my 1st attempt did not have enough cotton in it assuming it was similar to the obs re wicked again with enough cotton & it is vaping like a champ!

The velocity deck is garbage for the tank they enlarged the middle derlin so getting enough wick to prevent leaking is impossible i put my 4 post deck back in wicked it up no leaks the tank is awesome but your not missing anything without the velocity deck

I fill it while AFC wide open with no leaking issues at all however to be in the safe side close your AFC while filling.

Seems like you have wicking issues or coil placement issues, adjust your coils try to have them centered on top of the air flow holes then re wick with enough amount of cotton to fill the juice flow holes & make sure no cotton goes on top of the air holes under the coil.
Good luck & keep us updated.

Try this Mike Vape method. I would leave them a little longer also. You can't over wick with the Mutank imho. Also install your lower o-ring on the base before for you put the glass and screw the top section on. If you don't it will pull the wicking off to the side and cause leaking. Once you learn how to wick it properly. it's one of the best rta you can buy imo. Good luck!

The wicking is fine i have that down i just cant stop it from running out of the AFC when i fill it and i don't know why after a tank or two after new wicking the only thing i get is hot e-juice and no vapor
Its your wicking, juice is flooding the deck. When the tank gets flooded, you'll get hot juice spitting back at you because it can't vaporize the amount of juice on your wick/coil.

When wicked properly you should be able to top fill with little to no flooding. Sometimes if I don't do it well enough I'll get slight flooding after a refill, but usually after a vape or two it has resolved itself.

If its not your wicking, it could be an o-ring/seal that isn't making a proper seal, and the tank would lose its vacuum, flood the tank, and cause the issues you're describing.

    First tankful in this now.
Unflavored to break in the wick on the premade because I heard complaining about funky flavor.
It's been awhile since I vaped unflavored but I don't notice any funky flavor from the coil.
This tank gets hot as hell at 80W though.

Did they fix the stock A1 coils or were complaints unfounded or...?

Perhaps they fixed them, mine were terrible.

.... those coils. There was an underlying flavor that I didn't notice with unflavored but recognized when I swapped some Apple Pie a La Mode into it. I don't know about nasty or terrible but it definitely "colored" the flavor. Got no time fo dat.

Here's my first Mutank build. It's almost exactly the same as my MT build.
    I used fused 28g/32 Zakk Wylde coils @ .24Ω & KGD
