Indulgence...Not a Happy Vapor

I received my Indulgence yesterday and I'm having the same problems as a lot of other people are having. I wrote to Eastmall to let them know and this is the response I got back.

[FONT=宋体]the 510 could not screw down completely just for better and easy draw, the 801 is kind of hard to play with, but for sure it could screw down as we test all one by one .[/FONT]

I'm a mechanic by trade and I can tell you that this isn't right. Number one, I shouldn't have to play with something new out of the box to get it to work. It's not machined right and it feels like it's trying to cross thread when you try to attach a 801 atomizer. I can get one thread going and then it locks up. I've tried 4 different atomizers which I bought from Eastmall and I can't get any of them to work. I shouldn't have to strip out the threads of an atomizer to get it run down on the adapter.

I hate to air my grievances on a public forum, but if this is the kind of response a person should expect from customer service, then I think members of this board should know the truth about the Indulgence.

As I understand your email is you told me you could not screw in the 801 atomizer, that is why I tell you to find out the reason. also this may be a faster way to solve this problem. 801 atomizer need to be screwed kind of carefully, this is the truth , we are asking the manufacturer to change this also. if you are not happy with the indulgence , we could just refund you .:):)

I understand your frustration, as with others you are having a few problems with your product, teething problems did plague us for the first few weeks after release.

please do not get upset, and please do not take literally every word that is said by David -
David's first language is not English, and sometimes he does not express perfectly his intended verbage.

If you are not happy with your product -- please just let us know,
we will issue a reship of the new and updgraded product --

If you prefer, we will issue you a full refund.

Let us know by email which you prefer.

I sent an email. I would prefer to have a reship of the new and upgraded product. I knew there was issues with the Indulgence before I ordered, but I read here on the forum where these issues had been resolved and prior owners, including yourself Di, had the new version sent to them to correct the problems. I never thought I would have an issue with the Indulgence since I ordered after the problems had been fixed. I'm not looking to get something for free. All I want is for my product to work properly. I think that is all anybody could ask for. I read one post on here from a member that received the old vesion and within 30 minutes of notifying Eastmall, a new version was in the mail. I kind of got the feeling since I wasn't posting in public, I wasn't getting the same attention as everyone else. Sorry for the confusion. I have no hard feelings and I will give an honest review of the Indulgence when I get it working properly.

we were not ignoring you at all,

since we have been down and up a bit over the last week or so, while eastmall has been relocating to a new server, this is why there have been some problems with emails -
we feel that the email is not quite set up correctly as yet--
however we are doing our best to solve all issues as quickly as we can.
