Infinite 4nine clone

Just got my Infinite 4nine clone from Illvapes. I haven't used the real thing so I can't compare but I like it so far.

The threading is nearly invisible when you screw on the extensions, pretty remarkable, really. It comes with the delrin insulator on the top cap to protect against shorts. It is wonderfully small in 350 mode, I love how tiny it is.

The switch comes with the magnetic spacer attached to it... at first I thought there was no spacer but then I realized I had to pull it off the switch. You reverse it and then attach it to your battery, which repels the switch magnet. It's a really great design.

The switch is a little "crunchy," but it definitely won't fire without a push, it's very solid. Important since there's no locking ring.

Overall I think it's a really good design. My new favorite. Oh and who knows what serial numbers mean with clones but I got 0006.

The switch will probably break in as you use it I'm guessing.

trying the pictures again not sure why they didn't work. I'm using a kayfun lite plus V2, works great. Extension tube lines are nearly invisible.

what batt mode are you in the pic's, looks great man....nice and stealthy and the button looks awesome, perfect for the pinky trigger.

i'd love to get one but i'd need a list of clone rda's w/adjustable pins first; just can't afford the real ones....i'd def want to drip w/it

Be careful with short pinned atomizers. I dead shorted a battery with a v1 eh pro kfl+.

It's in 350 mode in the pic. So tiny that you have to really pay attention to where the airhole on the kayfun is so you don't block it. The only way I can hold it comfortably is thumb and forefinger, firing with my middle finger. I'll try and post pictures of the tube lines in a bit, they really are hard to see

And yeah I'm worried about shorts. my kayfun lite plus and my igo w have shorter pins than my v2, I'm just avoiding them to be on the safe side.

I love my infinite magmas.. but I recently had a hole develop on the base of one, after 2-3 months of daily use.. weird. Origen is also a good one, but I prefer the magma..I hate dealing with the afc ring though..

Did it vent?

No..I'm pretty sure that was done later in production with the hole in the button, but there's also 2 holes in the top cap.. I'm sure the hybrid 510 cap itself will alleviate some pressure.. not much, but any help is good help.

My friend jokes around at my hammer clone.. the vent holes look like some serious business.

....@jakart, man those pic's got me drooling, been looking at RDA's for the last few and i believe i found a couple of good candidates in the clone category....the APO and the Infinite tobh, both have longer than usual extending contact pins.....also found the Infinite 4nine for 40 bucks....thinking hard now.

For those of us that are really cheap Focal has a promo for 4nine clones for 13 bones and change shipped.

They do not look anywhere near as nice as the more reputable clone mfr offerings but I am sure they will be functional (perhaps with some tinkering)

I ordered one for my GF because I guess she is finally tired of breaking eGos.

One for me too, I figured for the price it was worth rolling the dice.

Another thing... I added a magnet I had left over from my nemesis switch upgrade to the spacer this morning. It reduced the throw to almost nothing and completely eliminated the crunchiness. very nice.

That's with my efest 18350 button tops. It autofires with my 18500 button tops, I think I'll need 18490s to use it in that mode.

The original 4nine has a 14mm and 16mm extension, so 18350-490-650.

I had an original 4nine that I couldn't get working right. I sold it on the forums mentioned the auto-firing problems I had on EVERY topper I tried and the buyer was able to fix it and get it working. I really regret the fact that I couldn't get it working because I loved the mod. SOOOO I ordered the clone from 101vapes and it should be here tomorrow. Hopefully I will not have the same problem.

I'm amazed at just how tiny the 4nine mod can be and I think it will be perfect with my Kayfun w/ nano kit.
