Honestly, I got one set with the charger and an additional set. I put the first set in and started vaping right away while charging the others.......there was plenty of charge to begin with in the first 2.
I put mine in right out of the box. Li-ions go bad quicker in an uncharged state so I figure what vendor is going to store a lot of dead li-ions and end up eating them?
