I'm looking to both of them as well.. same position as you, would love a provari or darwin but the price tag makes it a bit difficult. From what I've read though they're exactly the same with the exception of using different batteries. Apparently the buzz uses a more common battery and the infinity less so. They might have slightly different capacities but the website quotes the same run time for both.

I also didn't realize this until yesterday though - neither of them include batteries or a charger which is slightly aggravating. Buzz pro on sale + set of batteries and charger comes out to like ~$157

Other than form factor and the battery size they are identical, they both use the same electronics, button and wheel adjustment is the same.

The IP is a little less size in diameter and a little longer, very small difference both ways. I went with the BP due to the battery size, 16340/123A is a more common battery available at more vendors over the 14430 that the IP uses.

Oh their may be one slight different but I'm not sure. The BP has a on/off bottom cap feature. Unscrew it about 1/4 of a turn and the mod powers off but the cap is still tight and stays in place. I'm not sure if the IP has that feature incorporated if that matters to you, you'd need to research that.

The IP does have a on/off bottom cap feature also.

I recently purchased a the IPro with 2 chargers, 10 batteries, and a voltage meter for $157. Shipping is free at $150, hence the lifetime battery supply.

This is a well built PV. The VV wheel is very user friendly. You'll quickly get to know where you want it set for your juice/gear.

If you like LR DC Cartos, this PV will run em all the way to 4.7v.

I found this PV while like you, deciding whether to go the Provari route. Was getting tired of upgrading gear. I now have zero desire for a Provari or Darwin. If I buy another mod, it'll either be a compact box for my top pocket, or maybe the Envy that NotCigs is coming out with.

Good info, thanks! I guess I'll need to bump the order over $150 then ;-). Both units use two batteries correct? Is one thicker than the other?

Slight difference in size, the IP measures 4.75" long x .5 " dia and the BP measures 4.25" long x 0.86" dia, not a big difference either way.

Yes both use 2 batteries. The IP uses 14430 and the BP uses 16340 or RCR123a, battery life should be pretty much equal with each. 14430 batteries are harder to find though and Notcigs sells Powerizers for the BP so either way you go I'd recommend getting the batteries from them, that'll help you with your $150 also.

How many mods come with Batts and charger figured in the price, and free shipping? I can't think of any.
To answer the original question though, I find that the batteries last a lot longer in my Buzz Pro than they do in my Infinity Pro. I have the Powerizer batteries that NotCigs sells for the Buzz and get an average of 20+ hours out of those. I get about 12 hours or so out of my Infinity.
That being said, I like the size of the Infinity better.

The difference between the two mods is only in the size of the mod and the batteries that each take and that the Buzz's batt life may last a bit longer. I have a Buzz Pro and an original Infinity. I prefer the size of the Buzz Pro. For me it just feels more comfortable in my hand. My post goes perfectly with misinthewoods before me because which you will like better is simply a matter of your own preference.

The Coupon code works, just to see I loaded my cart and tried it and it applied the credit. Make sure your entering it correctly or copy and past this: ECF Buzzkill

Also make sure you created an account and are logged in under that account. If it still doesn't work go to the Notcigs forum in the suppliers section, you'll get help.
