Infinity question! I need some help!

Ok. So I bought a VV infinity from a forum member here and it works great with atomizers although the draw is a tad to stiff. Heres my problem: I try to use my smoketech tank/DC carto with it and I dont get a connection with the bottom of the 510 connector. Do they make something I can screw into the 510 connection to make the connector shorter AKA less thread to screw? Ive thought about making some kind of adapter but its over my head. Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem
I just used a 510-510 connector that was sealed. And to get full connection with certain cartomizers sometimes you have to take a tiny flathead screwdriver and adjust the center post of the 510 connector on the device. Just pry it up a bit and it should make contact.
