Just a thought, but also check out a sidesho from Modern Vapor. There's a fair amount of reviews on here. I'm new to all this also, but I'm thrilled with mine. Actually bought 2 in the space of a week and have another on order. I was smoking a pack a day when I got mine and I've been a smoker for 30 years. Actually make that was a smoker. These are really easy, look good, customer service is amazing, (call Tony if you have a question, he's the owner and answers the phone himself) and they have satisfied my cravings for a cigarette enough that I haven't had one in a week. Only problem I've found is that I keep wanting to get another one, lol. Whatever you choose, I hope your experience will be as good as mine. Finding this forum was the best thing I've done in a long time as far as my health and family go. The people on here are great and a major, major help with all this. I don't know if I could have done it without all this info at my fingertips.

Congrats on diving into vaping :) The majority of us on the forum use a 510 or a 510 mod, I feel you'll be very satisfied with it. It's cool you are trying the cartomizers too, some folks find them convenient. The 510 is definitely the performer of the bunch, and will give you the best vapor. There are plenty of V4L/cartomizer advocates here but it's best to keep things objective, the 510 is your benchmark performer and the kr808 is not quite the same, but it works for many folks. Best of luck!

Poytim:

Well, you got it right. Get a 510 (no box version) starter kit. I got mine from CIGNOT.com

You'll get two complete 510 ecigs, five cartridges, and a recharger.

I want you to remember--five cartridge will probably last you just a day or two. So, I'd recommend you get a bottle of cheap juice.

The kit (no box version) sells for around $35 bucks...the juice sells for around $9 to $20 bucks.

Do just what you said...give it a try.
will the 510 battery fit in a blucig charger? i am looking for a good manual battery and a way to fill my own cartridges without having to shell out full price for another ecig.
