Straight lung, or mouth to lung?

I noticed I take lung hits when I'm outside and tend to do more mouth to lung when I'm indoors.

I remember when I got my first set up -- I ran to the bathroom at my job and filled up my CE4 and took a lung hit without letting it soak. Of course I coughed a little bit -- stared at my PV -- and just thought Virginia tobacco just tasted like burnt silica...then repeated 3 more times before I stopped to think about it

I've almost trained myself to no lung inhale at all. I try to take a semi-inhale to feel it in my throat and then expel. Just about to the point that it's second nature now, though once in a while I find myself sucking it in cigarette-style. Trying to get away from that though... I feel it a little in my chest when I inhale a lot... not a big deal, just not real comfortable.

I never smoked cigarettes myself.. I started 15 years ago with Cigars, found out quickly.. lung inhale wasn't good.

So when I started Vaping I was all mouth only. Now I do both depending on the juice.
All but one of my juices are 0-nic (Cuban Cigar is 12mg) so I can go both ways with any of them, the cigar juice.. straight lung inhale gets me almost every time.

I go straight to the lungs - as big of a hit as I can get with moderate draw pressure. My hits average around 7 seconds or so in duration.

I started vaping with cigalikes, and even when I began using Halo G6 hardware - which give great vapor volume and throat hits for a cigalike - I was soon hitting its six second cutoff more often than not. I'm doing much better with the Triton, with its ten second cutoff.

In other words, I vape like there'll be no more vaping tomorrow. ;)

How much of a throat hit do you get with the 0mg juices compared to the 12mg? I only notice a small difference going from 24mg to 18mg. I've always been curious about the 0's.

I only go 0 nic to cut my 11s and 18s. I'm trying to cut my nic level to 6-4mg since I now vape all day and average 5-7ml of juice per day -- something like 1200 puffs a day or something.

My 0 nic is only juices I will feel, like anything icy, menthol or juices like strawberry -- something tasty.

I hope that made sense :vapor:

I noticed vapers who only vape 0s either never smoked before or never liked the nic high, but like the oral fixation.

Personally nic make's may hands shake and my tummy hurt a little. I noticed this since I smoked cigs.
