Inhaling strength

I tried searching but didn't really see anything that touched this topic but.. I was wondering if anyone has done anything to the ecig to all ow a little more air to flow through it or the vent holes.

I'm new to this so it could just be the way it is. But I find that inhaling from my 808 is starting to make me dizzy. lol.. Just kidding but.. it takes a set of lungs to inhale off this thing. Is it just me, the 808 or is that a necessity for the carto to work properly.

I considered opening the vents but I looked through the mod section and didn't see anyone doing this. That could mean 2 things. It shouldn't be done or it doesn't bother anyone else.

Anyone else have this problem and if so.. can it be fixed?

No, it's really not necessary to have to inhale that hard, if the e-cig is working properly.

One possibility is that you have some poor quality cartomizers. I've had them myself - it was a box of KR808D-1's, ALL with bad airflow, and I took off the end caps, the reason was clear. On one that's been put together properly, you should be able look down the hole in the middle and see right the way through the carto easily, without any obstructions. On the bad ones I had, the central "tube" was well off centre, and at an angle making the airflow more difficult. No light was visible down the middle. If this is the issue, I would suggest getting some new cartomizers (maybe from another supplier). You might be able to improve it by somehow straightening the tube, but the ones I had that were like this did not improve much.

The other issue can be with the auto batteries. Working well, they are fine. But if the switch is "sticky" then, you are going to have to draw hard to activate it. One possible fix with sticky auto batteries is to put the LED end in your mouth and suck and blow repeatedly, to try to free up the switch..

There should be no reason to do anything with the vents (I assume you mean the battery airflow channels and holes drlled into the connector) as long as their clean. If working correctly the KR8 has a fairly easy draw.
