And I'm sure they'll be worth every penny! I really love all of the other AW batteries that I have. They put the Ultrafires that came with my Indulgence to SHAME!

I have to agree though aw's offer total confidence in performance and peace of mind. I have a few aw 2900s as well. Next will be some redilast. They are pretty much the same price too.

They are supposed to be the same battery except with different protection circuit boards.
Both made in Korea and Japan.
All the testing results I've seen has them about dead even.
Finally AW has a little competition, since about 6 years now.
Too bad they are both the same price though.
A little price war between Redilast and AW would be nice.

Do I need to charge them for the full 8 hours initially? I've never used these batts before. I WANT TO START UP MY REO!!!

No...you don't. Check out Battery University. The 8 hour initial charge is a throw back to the days prior to Li-ion batteries. BU is a great source for info on all batteries.

ok next question, I got a charger from lighthound with the batts. the charger is an ultrafire rapid charger for 3.2/3.7V Lithium battery. There is a switch on the side of the charger that switches from 300mA to 650mA. These batts are 2200mA. Will these batts work in the charger. Or did I screw up.

Absolutely! It will work with a large variety of batteries. The switchs controls the output to allow charging of batteries that have lower capacity and/or require a slower charge pace like 3.2 volt batts. I also have the Ultrafire WF-188 which i think is the model you probably have. It's a great charger for the money until you get into the higher end professional chargers. Use the 3.7v option for 3.7v batts and the 650mA setting for batters rated 650mAh OR Higher.

btw I didn't know the Reo was signature req'd. no one was home. On my way to pick it up from the post office now. This is the reason I am not vaping this second

Yah sorry I thought it was mentioned in the big thread, but Rob does that for security sake. There was an incident prior that caused him to make sig request standard when receiving your REO
