injector bottles

I haven't seen much on here as to using needles and injector bottles. I got a pen style injector for the carts on the 510, but it's hard plastic-might crack.

So, I saw a nice small bottle I will get at Vaporkings for using with boge cartos I have to order yet. Do the work well or better than the condom method?
