Hello All. Since I am not a modder I am looking to find out if there is an inline resistor you can put with you batteries to drop 6V/8.4V down to 4 or 5 volts. In other words, is there a piece of material you can put in between your batteries and the pos or neg end of your mod that would drop the voltage a little. I have a mod I am using at 6V with 2 lifepo4 batteries and sometimes it is a little much. I am just looking for a little extra resistance without purchasing HV atties. Anyone know of something like this????

Thanks!

Thank you for the replys!! I am looking for a simple store bought solution though. Wondering if someone makes a 1-2 ohm inline resistor?? Anyone heard of such a thing?? I know I could simply buy HV atties, but I have about 30 regular joye510 atties that I like and they work really good with the Tenergy blue LiIon 3.0V regulated batteries, but unfortunately they are starting to die. The new ones I got a week ago keep cutting out so I assume their internal PCB has been replaced with a inferior (and cheaper I am sure) one that will not hold up to low resistance any longer. So I am going to my 3.0V LifePo4 batteries which pack a much bigger punch! I really need to tone them down a notch, but I do not want to go back to vaping the same as I was at 3.7V so I am just looking for a little more resistance. Thank you!!
