Hi everyone,
I've been seeing these bottles used in mods that have a tube inside that helps transfer the juice upwards so there is less need for tilting or tipping upside down. Now i've found some aquarium tubing that will fit on the outside over the nipple of the bottle, but it does not work inside. Can anyone point me in the right direction for that inner tubing?

A BBQ lighter has the tubing you are thinking of, a bic only has a wick inside. Teflon Spaghetti Tubing in a 1/16" OD like this would be good for starting fresh. Plastic, Rubber & Synthetic Tube and other Tube at MSCDirect.com.

I think we are talking about 2 different kind of lighters. A disposable Bic uses pressurized butane, so no wick, just a tube. However this thread has proved helpful for getting tubing, without destroying my lighters.

I use This pump (the top 10ml bottle) with a 1 inch piece of this tubing shoved in the outlet hole and epoxied to the bottle and this tubing which extends to my mouthpiece out of the box mod.

Trust me this works. One pump to the tottle bottle will produce 2 drops. For one drop you can reduce the bottle pump stroke with some jb weld or epoxy or just make a half pump stroke.

I've seen some debate regarding the use of aluminum and brass. I can't say that I know the facts though. The 16 gauge syringe needles are 6 for like $2 at Tractor Supply Company for injecting cows and are roughly 1/16". They are right out on the rack. So, no asking a pharmicist for them. If there's a TSC nearby, you can be on the safe side for cheap. That is as long as you don't consider the risk that you'll poke yourself with one of those needles (haven't yet) before you cut them unsafe. That point does look spooky though. :)

I have one of those and it is spooky, especially screwed on a 150ml syringe. Ouch.

I'd recommend 3ml OD 1 mm ID silicone RC fuel line...it's springy enough to seal liquid tight in a slightly undersized hole.

I have another hobby that involves something made for human consumption and one thing about that one is everyone involved always says get food grade or medical grade stuff for the materials that come in contact with the product. It's a little disconcerting how non-chalant people are about that on here.
