I'm glad I started with internal battery mods myself, one less thing I needed to learn atm. Even a few years ago it was hard to navigate all the information, 10x harder today for a newb with so much conflict surrounding vaping. I still today believe that the istick 30w is the best starter device for mtl. Simple easy and mine are still in use 5 years after purchase. I simply quit recommending it due to sourcing. If eleaf would release an 80w version, same shape just larger and same functions it would be my #1 recommended device again.

Internal Battery (Lipo) or External Batteries (18650)? Which type is right for you?

I love how it looks, and that it is built to be a lot more durable, that most mods. I also love how it doesn't look like a 'durable' mod.

If it included the kroma-a VW/TC chip - I think it would be a huge seller to regular vapers, along with the targeted new vaper group. I hope in the future there's an upgrade for this mod :thumb:

As it currently is, the Adept works like an upgraded Innokin EZ'watt kit, which let's you choose between three different wattage levels. With the Adept, there's four options for above 1ohm coils, and four settings for below 1ohm coils

I think it would be fine for a new vaper who wants something better than a pod or cigalike but isn't confident about wattages etc. If it's cheaper than other mods it'd be great for that

If people are using it with the zlide, ie MTL vaping, that battery is probably going to last a day without needing a charge. I still use internal batteries for the convenience. Personally I prefer to have more options for tinkering but this could be great for a new starter

Great form factor. I love it really. New vapers want and need a well thought out dependable result. And if Innokin still has this model more'n six months down the road, they'll have it. Otherwise, they'd do well to learn how to boil an egg like the rest of us.

    Good luck. :)

Agree/disagree with how Innokin did this one but it'll probably appeal to many folks who find preparing a bowl of cereal too much hassle but want to be chucking clouds with those other cool cats.
No one is going to be "chucking clouds with the other cool cats" with this setup. It wasn't designed for that. It was designed specifically for MTL low wattage vapers, a beginner-to-vaping first setup. That is what it is advertised to be. It's designed to help the smoker transition to being a vaper in the easiest way possible. It is what it is.
